Terroni's Extra Virgin Olive Oil is produced in Puglia by family friend, Paolo Lo Monaco. Paolo owns about 2000 olive trees which are mostly of the Coratina olive variety and has been supplying this olive oil to Terroni for decades!
This beautiful olive oil is extracted by hand following a traditional process. Our extra virgin olive oil is golden green in colour, very low in acidity, spicy and pungent and with a hint of fruit. At Terroni we use this olive oil in every dish on the menu!
